Fenton High School Parent/Teacher Conferences
Login to PowerPTC using the Email and Password you received.
Scheduling:
Step 1: After logging in, click on Conference Schedule
Step 2: Use the Conference Date dropdown box to select date
Step 3: Select the time you wish your conferences to begin by selecting a start time from the dropdown box
Step 4: If you are scheduling for more than one student, you can switch students by clicking on the Select a Student link
Step 5: If there are any courses that you would NOT like to schedule for conferences, uncheck the box next to the course
Step 6: Click Build Schedule
Step 7: When scheduling is complete you will be presented with your built schedule
Print your Schedule:
Once you have scheduled appointments for your student(s), follow these steps to print your schedule:
Step 1: After logging in, click on Schedule Conference
Step 2: In the left-hand menu, click on Print Schedule
Parent Teacher Conference are scheduled online through the PowerPTC portal. PowerPTC is available to parents in English or Spanish. If you have difficulty with registration or if you do not have computer access, please contact Ilsa Trujillo by phone (630) 860-6251 or by email trujillo@fenton100.org and with detailed information that includes your name, the student’s name, the time you would like to begin your conferences, and a phone number where you can be reached. You will receive a return phone call confirming your schedule has been created.
If you do not schedule on-line appointments, you may still come to conferences and sign up based on teacher availability. Copies of your student’s schedule will be available you arrive.
