LEGAL NOTICE DISPOSAL OF SPECIAL AND REGULAR EDUCATION STUDENT TEMPORARY RECORDS

On or after Monday, January 21, 2019, special and regular education student temporary records for the Classes of 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 will be destroyed. Before any student record is destroyed or information deleted there from, it is Fenton Community High School District 100’s responsibility to ensure that the parent or eligible student shall be given reasonable prior notice of the proposed destruction or deletion of the student record information. No record may be destroyed if there is a pending request to inspect, copy, or challenge that record. If either a parent or eligible student wishes to inspect, copy, or challenge their temporary record, they are to call Mrs. Mary Timmins (Records Compliance Officer) at 630-860-6284 no later than Friday, January 18, 2019.
